This delightful, small stencil (about 5″) has survived for getting on for two years now, probably because the ivy obscures it in the summer. I pass it regularly on the way to a friend’s house near to me.

Stencil – ‘Pericolo di Morte’

This stencil is from Ferrara in Emilia Romagna, Italy. It is not uncommon in Italy to find fairly ‘rough and ready’ stencils like this used for formal purposes. This was a warning on an electrical installation by the roadside.
